The recorded calls will prove that too but I suspect the recorded audio will be “missing” or I will never get those copies or even a call back.
They need to let the customer know that they will have paid additional amount the day of the installation. They already request you to pay an installation fee. So if you $99 installation fee you also need to be prepared to pay 1st and 2nd month monitoring fee within 24 hours not 73 hours.

Technician very professional and cleaned up any debris from drilling and installing unit. What was told to me over the phone was different from what the technician said. It wasn't what I expected in terms of service. Adt does protect your home but they will lie to any extent to get you to sign up.

The place is in real need for a refurbishment, everything is old. No means of getting air into the room without undesired insects coming in as well.
